This is an introductory HEFA training to learn tangible tools for ourselves to manage stress and work with our nervous system. These are tools you can share with others in your life, but first and foremost, we must take care of ourselves to effectively care for others. "The greatest gift we can give others is our (regulated) presence."

What is Holisitic Emotional First Aid (HEFA)?

    • Effective body based approaches to work with cycles of stress and distress
    • Experience immediate relief and long term tools to create thriving cultures of care. At its core, HEFA is a belief that true healing only happens when we turn to one another and remember we are resourced together. We inherently need one another at a basic, biological level.
