Presentation Summary:
As HR leaders, we wear A LOT of hats. We're juggling employee issues and meetings and legislative updates and recognition events. It's enough to make anyone's head spin. We are running around so much that sometimes we don't have time to stop to ask for help. During this interactive presentation, we'll talk about the obstacles we face when asking for help. We'll discuss the problems that crop up when time is short and the values we need to lean into when we reach out for help. We'll discuss the internal/external stakeholders that we do have in our corner,the people that do have our backs and the people we can lean on to help us succeed.
Presenter Bio:
Anne is a Human Resources leader known for dramatically improving employee retention. Some of her successes include leading culture shifts during difficult times, spearheading leadership development programs, and creating succession plans to ensure strong futures for organizations.
She has a talent for spotting the potential in people and she is passionate about supporting people so they can realize their full potential. Leading with a People-First Philosophy, she helps companies and people thrive.
