    Presenter Bio:

    Mark Feddes works as Senior Counsel in Crowley Fleck PLLP’s Bozeman office and member of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group.  Mark was born and raised on a Hereford ranch just south of Manhattan, Montana.  Mark enjoys helping employers navigate the landscape of employment law in the planning, risk management, and litigation contexts.  He advises employers on personnel, termination, and policy issues as well as advocates for employers through the litigation process.  Mark's litigation practice primarily focuses on defending employers in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, as well as wage and hour lawsuits.  Mark earned his B.S from Whitworth University (2009) and J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law (2014).
