    Join us for a discussion on recognizing and responding to behavioral health issues in an HR Setting and connecting with appropriate resources. They will present a number of Big Sky resources and explain the role of peer support and how best to utilize this service in Big Sky. This will include a discussion on privacy issues and navigating HIPAA and other "barriers" to getting help for someone.

    Andy Malby has served as a certified behavioral health peer support specialist at Rimrock Foundation in Billings since 2018. A native of Three Forks, MT, he studied English at MSU-Bozeman and worked as a newspaper reporter, editor and publisher for 28 years before embarking on his present career path. As a peer support specialist, he shares lived experience and a recovery-based lifestyle to help others achieve long-term recovery from substance use and other behavioral health issues.

    Andy Pilch has served as a certified behavioral health peer support specialist at Rimrock Foundation in Billings since 2018 and has been in recovery for 13 years. A native of Sheridan, WY, Andy worked for BNSF railway as a conductor and engineer before changing careers to better suit his recovery lifestyle. As a peer support specialist, he shares lived experience and a recovery-based lifestyle to help others achieve long-term recovery from substance use and other behavioral health issues.

    Rimrock was established in Billings in 1968 and is the largest treatment center in the Northern Rockies region, providing a full range of rehab services for adults struggling with all forms of behavioral health issues.
