November 2022 Registration Form - General Webinar Meeting

    To attend the November 2022 In-Person / Zoom Meeting - please complete the following form.

    NOTE:  To ensure accurate billing, please complete a separate registration form for each attendee in your party. 

    If you selected Other SHRM Member, you may be required to provide proof of your SHRM Membership status (if requested by the GVHRA Board).
    Are you planning to attend in-person or virtually? If we have under 10 members registering to meet in-person, we will be switching the full program to virtual attendance.
    **Once you complete the registration form a confirmation page will appear. If you are interested in paying for your registration electronically via PayPal, please select the appropriate payment rate and click "pay now." This will take you to the PayPal website where you can make your payment electronically. All other transactions (ie cash, check or invoicing) will be handled through the GVHRA Treasurer.
    Payments are made payable to GVHRA and mailed to P.O. Box 6134, Bozeman, MT 59771
    NOTE: Registrations generally open two weeks prior to the event and close the Monday prior to the event (at 10:00am) due to catering requirements with our location vendor. If you have missed the registration deadline, please contact our Membership Chair to inquire if there will be available seating. If you register and do not attend you are still required to pay the registration/meeting fee. Anyone registering after the Monday 10:00am cut off will pay a $10 late registration fee making the total registration equal $25 for GVHRA Members and $50 for Non-Members (this includes walk ins).
