    Noon– 1:00 p.m.: PRESENTATION

Presentation Description: Good communication and employee retention is one of the biggest challenges in human resources management. It takes work to improve communication, specifically in environments that are often over email or zoom. Improv principles are perfect for helping you build the skills you need to improve your communication with employees and develop good working relationships. During this 1 hour workshop we will discuss AND practice ways to accomplish just that!

BIO of Presenter: Annie O'Connor and Molly Hannan are 2/3 of the team that owns Last Best Comedy and both have extensive training in improv and outside applications of improv.

Annie comes from decades of experience all over the world but most recently came to Bozeman from Los Angeles where she owned her own theater and built a training center at Westside Comedy in Santa Monica.

Molly has been performing and teaching improv and managing community organizations here in Bozeman for the last 10 years.
