    Presentation Description:

Top performers – within the HR field or any other – understand that the impact they have on colleagues, customers, and bottom-line organizational results is a function of their actions, not their role or position. They also embrace the reality that their impact and overall effectiveness originates within themselves. The more alignment there is between a person’s moral compass, goals, and day-to-day behavior, the more effective s/he becomes at achieving results despite inevitable obstacles and setbacks, including the challenges of Covid (personally and organizationally). During this session, we will explore models of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, their relevance to both personal and professional effectiveness, and practical tools for application.
