    BIO of Presenter: 

    Recognized as one of the preeminent labor and employment attorneys in Montana, Jason Ritchie works intimately with businesses on every aspect of the employment relationship.  He regularly counsels clients in their day-to-day operations, conducts workplace investigations, and handles complex disputes in courts and administrative proceedings.  Jason also has extensive litigation experience in other areas, including:
