    Generally, the GVHRA meetings are held according to the following schedule; however, please refer to the specific meeting flyer sent via email from the GVHRA President as dates/times/locations are subject to change.

    11:15 a.m.—11:30 a.m.: Registration
    11:30 a.m.—Noon: Lunch
    Noon– 1:00 p.m.: PRESENTATION

    What makes a great leader? Can anyone become an effective and successful leader?  While the elusive factors may be inborn or hard to acquire, there are some essential elements to leading a team successfully that can be defined, learned and honed.  Spark Leadership will present on these five skills you can identify and take steps to improve in yourself and within your organization. We will explore the mindset of leadership and how each skill is impacted by thought patterns and habits. You will be introduced to some amazing tools you can use to deepen your understanding of what it means to be a leader, as well as your effectiveness in all five areas.

    Bring your note pad and get ready to open up a powerful window into what it means to lead.


    BIO of Presenter: 

    Kiki Huls is the Founder and CEO of Spark Leadership, based in Bozeman. Her curiosity has led her afield time and again, but she always finds her way back to the truth of humanity. Kiki has a BA in Journalism, but dont hold that against her! Spark was ignited by her passion for helping business owners and others make sense of their path. Her why is: To provide insight, structure and accountability so that leaders can pursue their vision with confidence.

    To make a reservation, please click on the "Reservations" tab on the website, then search for the appropriate meeting date.  The location requires a 48 hours confirmation of attendees for catered events; therefore, reservation links are active two weeks prior to the event and close the Monday prior to the event.  Also, let us know when you RSVP if you will need any accommodation.

    RSVPs help the GVHRA board, presenter, facility and caterers to accommodate all attendees.  Members who make a reservation and DO NOT attend will be charged.  Additionally, copies of presentation materials and food may not be available for those who do not RSVP.
