Conversations of Consequence addresses the challenges of having difficult conversation in the workplace by highlighting the major insights to executing conversations that produce results. This workshop will address three components to preparing for and delivering meaningful conversations. First, through intentionally creating  the transaction of dialog via the “Conversation of Consequence Architecture,” you will be better prepared for challenging conversations. Second, delivering a “Grow Conversation” that speaks truth in a way that is non-confrontational  and gracious,  allows others to move more effectively towards solution based outcomes. And finally, clearly understanding the art to follow-up and achieving commitments will help produce results that are beneficial to the individual and the organization. The Conversations of Consequence workshop is interwoven with practical application tools, new neuroscientific discoveries around brain-based leadership, and greater insights into emotional intelligence that lay the foundations for measurable results during conversations of consequence.
