    Generally, the GVHRA meetings are held according to the following schedule; however, please refer to the specific meeting flyer sent via email from the GVHRA President as dates/times/locations are subject to change.

    11:15 a.m.—11:30 a.m.: Registration
    11:30 a.m.—Noon: Lunch
    Noon– 1:00 p.m.: PRESENTATION

    Explore creative channels (and tools) for recruitment. Competition for top talent is fierce. A high-level intro to social media recruiting before sharing a few social / digital tactics employed by The WorkSpot and other grassroots efforts / ideas to inspire creativity among HR leaders.

    Understand, empathize and deliver...As two professionals who have personally embarked on the journey of landing new career opportunities in Montana and who are also introduced to (and engage with) those on similar journeys via the The Work Spot, we hope to share fresh insight into the mindset of career-searching professionals that Montana employers are looking to attract
    and hire - their needs, desires and motivations - in an effort to inspire news ways for
    employers to better connect and resonate with potential talent.

     


    Kaycee Majxner, Co-founder

    A multi-faceted marketing leader with 15 years experience in consumer insight and brand + product strategy for startups to Fortune 100 companies. A creative strategist passionate about entrepreneurship, solving complex business and marketing challenges and harnessing technology for growth. Montana native and MSU alum. Returned to Montana summer of 2017 after 10 years in Colorado.

    Kara Gallinger, Co-founder

    CPA, small business owner and senior leader managing ops and finance at a Bozeman-
    based startup. Passionate about the Montana outdoors, entrepreneurship, number crunching, process improvement and ideas that yield bottom line results. Montana native and MSU alum. Returned to Montana fall 2008 after starting and building her career for three years in Colorado.


    To make a reservation, please click on the "Reservations" tab on the website, then search for the appropriate meeting date.  The location requires a 48 hours confirmation of attendees for catered events; therefore, reservation links are active two weeks prior to the event and close the Monday prior to the event.  Also, let us know when you RSVP if you will need any accommodation.

    RSVPs help the GVHRA board, presenter, facility and caterers to accommodate all attendees.  Members who make a reservation and DO NOT attend will be charged.  Additionally, copies of presentation materials and food may not be available for those who do not RSVP.
