Bio of Greg Donaldson - Native Montanan – Moved to Bozeman 42 years ago to work for a large independent retailer in sales and marketing.  Was recruited by KBOZ for an outside sales position in 1984.  About 3 years later, in January of 1988, Greg was recruited by a brand new start-up company, Express Employment, a full service staffing agency. Greg was hired to manage the new staffing business, with an emphasis in outside sales and business development. Within a few months, Greg and his wife, Rina, purchased the Bozeman Express franchise.  With its headquarters in Oklahoma City, the Bozeman Express Employment office was office number 74 overall, and one of 7 Montana locations.  There are now nearly 800 Express locations internationally, including offices across Canada and South Africa. Having owned and operated Express Employment now over the past 28 years, Greg has become an ‘expert’ at interviewing, evaluating and matching candidates to jobs listed through their office. Conservatively, Bozeman Express has interviewed and placed over 10,000 people to work in hundreds of local businesses. Greg is passionate about helping people discover and develop their full potential. Over the years, Greg has been asked to speak to several businesses about everything from customer service, to recruitment of quality employees, and, of course, today’s topic (personal favorite).
