Why are companies such as Google, MetLife, Twitter, and Fidelity providing improv training for their management? It improves individual and team capacity. Improvisational acting requires confidence, fast-thinking, sharp listening skills, and flexibility. When we employ improv skills in the business environment, its not about cracking jokes, its about learning hard-skills that allow professionals to excel. Improv training teaches:

    • Negotiation skills
    • Confident & smart risk-taking
    • Ideation
    • How to work effectively in teams
    • Active listening
    • Thinking on your feet
    • Navigating stressful situations

Join Snake Oil Workshop for a hands-on hour exploring how improv training can energize and enhance your workplace.
