    Embracing Conflict in Human Resources

Utilizing clicker polling and small group discussion, we will talk about everyday conflict in Human Resources work and how we, as professionals, deal with conflict:

    ·         Making a decision about dealing with the conflict
    ·         Preparing for the conflict
    ·         Dealing with the conflict
    ·         Learning from the conflict

This will be a one hour discussion-based session that will draw on the skills and talents of the HR professionals present in the room.
